Founded by and for working creatives in Harlem, NY, moved operations to Washington, D.C. in 2003 for expansion. Presently operating from our Baltimore, MD studio location since 2006.

 

With a focus on managing modeling talent in the DMV area, we've championed new and emerging talent and built strong relationships with other agencies, coaches, photographers, and stylists across the East Coast.

 

At IMM, we value quality over quantity, dedicating ourselves to nurturing exceptional models and creating amazing opportunities for their paths to success.
