Founded by and for working creatives in Harlem, NY, we have proudly operated from our Baltimore, MD studio since 2006.

 

With a focus on managing acting and modeling talent in the DMV area, we've championed new and emerging talent since 1999, building strong relationships with agencies, coaches, photographers, and stylists all along the East Coast.

 

At IMM, we value quality over quantity, dedicating ourselves to nurturing exceptional models and creating amazing opportunities for their paths to success.
