• For Men: A fitted plain t-shirt or tank top with well-fitted jeans and clean, casual shoes.

• General: Avoid baggy clothes, heavy layering, or distracting accessories. Agencies want to see your natural body shape.

 

Hair and Makeup:

• Makeup: Wear little to no makeup. A completely fresh, clean face lets agents see your real skin and features.

• Hair: Wear your hair clean, neat, and in its natural texture without heavy styling or hairspray.

 

What to Bring:

• Stats and Measurements: Know your exact height, bust/chest, waist, and hip measurements. 

• Digitals/Polaroids: Bring simple, unedited digital snapshots of yourself (face shot and full-length body shot) taken in natural light, if requested.

• Portfolio: Only bring a physical portfolio if you already have professional photos, though a simple set of digitals is usually enough for a first open call. 

 

What Happens During the Walk-In:

• Quick Review: The meeting is very fast—often lasting only 1 to 5 minutes where agents look at your bone structure and proportions.

• Polaroids or Digitals: They will likely take quick digital snapshots (digitals) of your face and profile on the spot.

• The Walk: They may ask you to do a short, natural walk across the room to see your posture and presence.
